Can we swap presents around?

Before presents are bought off your list it is always possible to change things. Please contact us with the details.

Once an individual present has been bought off your list, but it has not been ordered for you, there is some flexibility in re-allocating the value of the gift.

Once an individual present has been bought off your list, and Our Wedding List has ordered it for you, we regret we are unable to exchange that present. It is important to appreciate that when a guest buys a present off your wedding list they often spend a lot of time and trouble, not to mention money, choosing the right present. Some could be upset if you chose to exchange their gift.

We need our plates and glasses as soon as possible after the wedding – is this possible?

We would be delighted to order the relevant items immediately, but on the understanding that you will then purchase what is not bought off the list, after the wedding. Again please contact us for more details.

Is it possible to get the suitcases on our list to us for our honeymoon?

If you would like your luggage, or anything else from your list, before your wedding, please let us know as soon as possible. We can then order the presents immediately and have them ready for you in time. Again we would only do this on the understanding that you will buy the relevant items if they are not purchased from the list.

How long will it take to get all our presents delivered?

Normally we can deliver all your presents within 6-8 weeks of your agreeing the purchase order.

This is, however, dependent on a number of factors and your help in speeding up the process is very much appreciated. The sooner we know whether or not you want to buy any of the remaining presents on the list after your wedding, the sooner we can complete the ordering of your presents and the sooner we can get the deliveries to you.

All our presents are bought directly from the relevant manufacturers or wholesalers, either in the UK or abroad. Many are fast and efficient, some are not. It is very important to realise that in terms of getting presents to you quickly we are very much at the mercy of our suppliers. We will do our upmost to speed things up, but delays are almost inevitable from time to time. We understand how frustrating this can be but appeal to your patience and understanding should delays occur.

When does the list close?

We would aim to finalise and close your list 6 weeks after your wedding. However, should you require this time scale to be changed, please let us know.

Can we store presents?

We offer 3 months free storage from the date of your wedding, after which there will be a storage/administration charge dependent on the size of your list.
